Mike Broad. Senior Pastor

Did you know? Mike is a trained metallurgist. Don't worry its not infectious! He's from a scientific background and knows lots about metals.

Mike has been leading PCF for 20 years. He's married to Kay and has three children and eight grandchildren. He loves God, people and his family.

As Senior Pastor, Mike leads the direction of the church and oversees the care of people in, or connected to, the church.

Mike is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God, trained in counselling and holds a Ministerial doctorate. As well as teaching and ministering in Stoke-on-Trent and the UK, he's also ministered in Mexico, Bulgaria, Malaysia and America.

He works part-time as a managerial consultant to a group of local companies.

Daniel Chan. Assistant Pastor

Did you know? Dan loves to travel and one of his dreams is to visit every continent in the world, well, with the exception of the South Pole! He also enjoys skiing and the challenge of a Black Run!

Dan is married to Ceri and has one daughter. Dan is Stoke-on-Trent born and bred and has been part of PCF all his life. He is dual heritage and had the privilege of visiting his long lost relatives in China in 2006 for the first time.

Dan's background is in banking but please don't hold this against him! Dan is now training to be an ordained minister with Assemblies of God.  Dan’s heart is to see people grow in God. The banker also still lives on in his desire to see people released from their financial struggles. Dan is a big advocate of the CAP Money Management Programme, which is run at PCF.

Dave Hindry

Did you know? Dave is originally from Surrey. After 40 years in the Potteries he's just about learnt the language, ant yer duck!

Dave is a very valued member of PCF, with a wealth of experience in leading, teaching and pastoring in churches around Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and the West Midlands. He worked for many years in the insurance industry and is now retired. He is married to Pat, has one daughter and four grandchildren.

Chris Mountford

Did you know? Footballing legend Sir Stanley Matthews lived at the top of the street that Chris grew up in.

Chris grew up at PCF. He is married to Kate and has a young daughter and son. Chris is the Programme Controller at Cross Rhythms radio in Stoke-on-Trent and is a creative genius! He leads the musical department of the church.

Jim Ford. Associate Minister

Did you know? Jim is a passionate supporter of Port Vale FC. In his school days, he represented the city of Stoke at football... as goalkeeper.

Jim Ford spends a lot of his time overseas teaching churches, groups and advising church leaders. He also leads History Makers, one of the church's weekly groups. Jim is married to June, with two daughters and two grandchildren. He represents the UK and Africa on the board of an international organisation called IFM (International Fellowship of Ministries) founded by John G Lake.

He is passionate about people and helping them achieve their full potential. He has been involved in Christian ministry for over 30 years. He has seen God perform some amazing miracles.

Jim is the author of Wrong Way, Right Way, a biography of the dramatic story in which Jim came out from a world of crime and violence after an amazing encounter with Jesus Christ.
