Church Vision

In seeking God and looking at how we are to proceed as a fellowship the following is used as our policy.

' To be a light on the hill of Penkhull by:-

a) Maturing Disciples by baptism, teaching, caring.

b) Who will bring in new Disciples, by caring and responding to human need.

c) Maturing the new Disciples.'

This whole vision will not rest so much on the structure but on us as people being what God has called us to be in the community in which we live and work.

Current Church Prophecy.

1st JANUARY 2009. A Word From Freda for the Church.

I believe God has given the church two significant words

for this year.

1st one is,  PREPARE.

2nd one is RESTORATION.

God is calling us to do the first one, and He will release

the second one at an appointed time.

The amount of Restoration we receive will depend upon how

much we have prepared our hearts and lives.

Gust, as a bride and groom prepare for their wedding, there

must be a forsaking of all past loves. PHIL3 v13.

There needs to be a caring for each other above self.

COL3 v12-14.

Rejoicing in what we have as well as what is to come, and

drawing others into the joy and celebrations.

PHIL4 v4-8.    ISA58 v6-7.

PREPARE,         PREPARE.         PREPARE.

RESTORATION   IS  WAITING  TO  BE   RELEASED.
