Al is the Student Coordinator who is ably assisted by a student team of volunteers. Together they co-ordinate activities for students from both Staffs and Keele campuses and keep their eye out for new people like you.

Hi, and welcome to the student page of the website. By now you will have noticed that this is a lively church with a lot going on. Penkhull Students’ (or PS: for short) is the name given to the student group of the church.

Student Lunches

We recognize that you get fed normally on a diet of baked beans and pasta and so lunch is served each week for all visiting and resident students who enjoy food, and good company on a Sunday.

Stuff Happening

PCF is big into praise and worship and each Sunday sees a good time in the Lord of that. Outreach takes place through a whole bunch of integrated community projects aimed at everything from birth to death, children to adults – why not get involved by offering to play in the band or to be a part of the children’s and youth work?

‘I got involved straight away upon joining the church, with youth work and a bit of Sunday school, also eventually getting involved in the band. I don’t know how but I managed to get involved with the Students’ Union too as an Officer and played in the band at the local Christian Union. There’s only one life so live it was my motto!’ – Al
